The Chevrolet Motor Company was incorporated in November of 1911 by William Durant, an American buggy manufacturer, and Louis Chevrolet, a well known race car driver. A year later they released their first ever car that was called the Cylinder Six. But Chevys first truck, the Model 490 Light Delivery came later in 1918, the same year that the Chevrolet Motor Company became part of General Motors. The half-ton rated 490 Light Delivery was a chassis cowl only based on the 490 auto. A chassis cowl included the chassis with engine, transmission and the front sheet metal which comprised the hood, front fenders, grille and headlights. Camaro - After two years of watching the Ford Mustang enjoy tremendous success, General Motors finally launched its entry into the pony car segment, the Chevrolet Camaro. The performance of five service techs that used the Nomad System was compared to a control group of technicians who did not use the system. The non-Nomad group used kiosk computers located between service bays. For both groups, the management team tracked dollars per repair order (RO) and efficiency by technician and by group.

Connie Cardenas v. Classic Chevrolet
In this putative class action, named plaintiff Connie Cardenas alleges that she purchased an automobile from defendant Classic Chevrolet, Inc. Defendant provided Cardenas with a combination retail installment contract and Truth in Lending Act ("TILA") disclosure statement. Black's Law Dictionary 289 (7th ed. 1999). Although Cardenas's contract contained two such conditions subsequent which would have allowed Classic Chevrolet to cancel the contract, those are not the provisions that Cardenas relies upon in contending the TILA disclosure was an estimate.
